PokerFaceBook.com Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement
Welcome to PokerFacebook.com, a virtual community for poker players. Members can create profiles, chat in forums, join tournaments, tell stories, and much more. By using the PokerFaceBook.com web site, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, whether or not you register to become a member of PokerFaceBook.com. If you wish to become a member and to make use of this service, then please read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance by following the instructions when registering as a member.
The following agreement is a simple way for PokerFaceBook.com to not be held responsible for any personal disputes, illegal postings, events, or other happenings that are outside of PokerFaceBook.com's duties as a free provider of this fun virtual community.. We may modify the terms of this Agreement occasionally, and such changes are effective from the date of posting on PokerFaceBook.com. By using PokerFaceBook.com you agree to be bound by all such terms upon their date of posting. This Agreement shall include our policy for acceptable use of the web site, including content posted, and your rights and obligations, and any restrictions regarding your use of the web site, as well as our Privacy Policy.
1. Term.
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the web site and/or are a member. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on the member account page. PokerFaceBook.com may terminate your membership for any reason, at any time, with or without sending you notice. If PokerFaceBook.com terminates your membership because you have breached this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees which may have been paid, if any. Even after membership is terminated, this Agreement shall continue to remain in full force and effect.
2. Eligibility.
Membership and use of the web site is void where prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for all information and content published or displayed through your account, including photos, email messages, and your communications with other members.
3. Proprietary Rights.
PokerFaceBook.com owns and retains all proprietary rights in the web site and its content. The web site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of PokerFaceBook.com and/or its affiliates or licensors.
4. Content Posted.
PokerFaceBook.com does not condone crude or insensitive content, however it is not responsible for users who happen to post such things.
5. Copyright Policy.
You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold PokerFaceBook.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, directors, and other PokerFaceBook.com partners and their employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the web site in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
9. Land Events.
By participating in any offline event posted by users of PokerFaceBook.com, you agree to release and hold harmless PokerFaceBook.com from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind whatsoever, including without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, either directly or indirectly related to or arising from your participation in any such offline event offered by PokerFaceBook.com.
10. Other.
This Agreement is accepted upon your use of the web site, and is affirmed by your continued use of the web site, and is further affirmed by you becoming a member of the web site. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between you and PokerFaceBook.com regarding the use of the web site. The failure of PokerFaceBook.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, then the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The section titles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. Please contact us with any questions regarding this Agreement. I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED HEREIN.
